MONDAY

6.30-7.30pm   Pad Blast – High energy fitness and conditioning class, 2 min rounds on pads with abs sets.

7.30-8.30pm    Muay Thai – Intermediate -An intro to sparring. The next step up after beginners class.

TUESDAY

6.30pm – 7.30pm   Beginners Muay Thai. -The entry level class no experience needed. The perfect class to start your journey.


7.30pm – 8.30pm    Muay Thai  – Advanced..   A class for students who are advanced in technique.

working on padwork and ringcraft and clinch.

WENESDAY

6:30pm-7:30pm     Bag Blast – Circuit session involving weights, punchbags and body weight exercises.

 
THURSDAY

6.30pm – 7.30pm   Pad Blast –  High energy fitness and conditioning class, 2 min rounds on pads with abs. sets.


7.30pm – 8.30pm    Muay Thai – Advanced / Sparring.   Advanced ringcraft and heavier sparring.

SATURDAY

7.30am-8:30am    Muay Thai pads – (Early morning optional  pre training run  at 7:15)  or  7:30 for striking, fitness and conditioning class, 

                                                    

9:00am-10:00  Youngsters Muay Thai –  For children aged between 7-13.

 
SUNDAY

6.30pm – 7.30pm    Bag Blast – Circuit session involving weights, punchbags and body weight exercises.
