7.30-8.30pm Muay Thai – Intermediate -An intro to sparring. The next step up after beginners class.
6.30pm – 7.30pm Beginners Muay Thai. -The entry level class no experience needed. The perfect class to start your journey.
7.30pm – 9.00pm Muay Thai – Advanced.. A class for students who are advanced in technique.
